When I was just 15 years old, I traveled to Disney World in the United States. From that moment on, I realized how much I loved organizing others’ vacations. In my late teens, I went on to college and received my bachelors degree in Tourism and Hotel Management from Universidad del Salvador in Buenos Aires in 2005.
Even though people tell me I look 25, I am actually 34 with a lot of experience under my belt. I have worked in the tourism field for over 15 years. Over the years, I have learned a lot about customer service and how important this is to my customers. I love my job so much, that it doesn’t feel like a job itself. More like a hobby and it’s so much fun!
I began studying English at a very young age. I have my parents to thank for being bilingual. Each day I use this asset of speaking both English and Español in my job and for living in this beautiful island. I enjoy meeting people from all over the world every single day.
It is my main goal to provide the best service in tours, transportation, and some advice about Isla Mujeres, Cancun and Riviera Maya. I have learned so much in these great 8 years of living in this beautiful paradise. I am eager to share my knowledge of these areas with my customers anytime!
