This is a full-day shared group tour that combines transportation, cultural stops, and a guided visit to Chichén Itzá.

During the day, you’ll visit the impressive pyramid of Kukulkan, as well as other important structures such as the Warriors Temple, the Thousand Columns, the Ball Field, the Market, and the Observatory.

You will also have the opportunity to swim in the crystal-clear waters of Cenote Xcajum, a natural underground pool surrounded by stunning rock formations.

The tour includes additional stops, such as a traditional Mayan handicraft store, and is led by one of our specialized bilingual guides who will share valuable insights about this incredible culture.

How long is this tour?

The pick up is 7:30 am approximately depending on where you are staying. The tour starts approximately 8:00 am. If you are staying in Isla Mujeres you need to take the 7:00 am Ultramar ferry and the pick up is at 7:30 am right at the ferry dock on Cancun side.

When do we arrive back in Cancun?

You should expect to be back at your hotel in Cancun or ferry dock between 9 pm and 10 pm.

Do we stop anyplace else?

Yes. We will first stop at the restaurant for the buffet lunch and the Mayan ceremony. On the way back from Chichen Itza we will stop at the cenote for 30 minutes and Valladolid town for another 30 minutes if the traffic allows it.

How long we actually spend in Chichen Itza?

About 1 and a half hour approximately

For any of the pyramids, are we able to go inside any?

Can we climb the Chichen Itza?

Do I need to bring the confirmation email or form of ID when getting picked up?

Only your confirmation, your ID is not necessary.

Can you let me know where exactly to meet at Puerto Juarez?

At the seats by the Oxxo store on your right hand as soon as you get off the ferry, inside the terminal.

How will I identify my driver?

The van will arrive and the driver will call you by your name. Please don’t go with any other company until you hear your name. Our driver will pick you up at Puerto Juarez terminal or hotel lobby if staying on the mainland and will take you to the meeting point in Cancun where all the people arrive, pay the balance and then get on the big bus to start the tour.

What should I bring?

A bottle of water, snacks, comfortable shoes, towel, dry clothes and swimming suite for the cenote. Also something to cover yourself in case the AC is high in the bus and extra money for drinks, souvenirs and tips.

• You will receive a confirmation from us after booking a tour with specific directions.

• If you are staying on the island, for all of the trips on the mainland, you will need to take the ferry over to Puerto Juarez dock in Cancun and our driver will meet you right there at the ferry dock.

• Contact us for specific pickup time according to your location.

• We recommend wearing comfortable shoes and clothes for all the trips

• You can cancel the trip at least 48 hours prior to the tour and get a full refund
